Posters Shipping Out!

We shipped out a tremendous number of rewards this week. It's been non-stop, but we will need to take a break this weekend. Even though Monday is a holiday, we'll be back at it, getting your rewards out.
A quick update on puzzles - we made a last minute change to the packaging. As awesome as the old box was, our new box is even better, as it can be shelved right next to your copy of THE MARVEL ART OF RUSSELL DAUTERMAN!
We mentioned this previously, and you noticed this via the survey - the posters are shipped separately from the other rewards, as they are tightly rolled in a protective tube. As you can imagine, they take up a lot of space in our warehouse. Wait, you don't have to imagine - take a look!
We've already shipped well over half of these out as well. We know it's excruciating to see everyone around you saying they've received their package, but we promise, we are working to get yours out, too.

We are frequently asked if you will receive a tracking number - YES, you will. We're still getting asked that, even after these updates. As soon as your package is assembled, we run a label. At that stage, you'll be emailed the tracking number. Check your spam folders! The package itself will await drop off (or pick up, depending on the time of day) and at that point, you'll be able to keep pace with its journey to get to you. If your package does get damaged during shipping, please send us pictures and an explanation of what was damaged to [email protected]. We are focused on getting all these rewards to you, but promise we'll resolve any issues.
If you have not filled out your survey, please do so now! We're only missing 7.4% of you, but that's 7.4% of hard core Russell Dauterman fans who should not be without their rewards.

Shipping continues at a very quick pace. We've shipped 55.4% out already and are keeping our USPS carrier busy with multiple trips a day.
We love seeing your posts on social media - please tag us and Russell so we are sure to see them. #cloverpress #russelldauterman.

Reminder that the posters are being sent separately in their own protective tube. Don't be alarmed if you receive your book without the poster, or vice versa. Some of the trading card rewards also went out separately, but not all. It is dependent on the combination of items ordered, and how best for us to package the box to minimize any shipping damage. And of course, if your package does get damaged during shipping, please send us pictures and an explanation of what was damaged to [email protected].

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Our books have arrived, and as promised, we've wasted no time in shipping these out. Tracking notices have already started to go out, and we'll be shipping non-stop until we're done.
PLEASE BE PATIENT. It's obvious, but not everyone can be first, and someone will inevitably be last. We have a methodical way of shipping these out to maximize speed (we group the orders by the items pledged). And there are so many books, we haven't received all of them yet. As we do, we will ship them out.
We've learned from our previous campaigns - if there's an issue with your rewards, please email us at [email protected] along with any pictures if there is damage, and we'll resolve your issue once we've fulfilled all orders. We think our new boxes are fantastic, and we performed many drop tests. But we don't want to disrupt the flow of getting rewards out to everyone. You will receive better attention if you email us, along with the name used for the reward, over a Kickstarter comment or message, as it gives us a better way to track any outstanding issues directly with you.
Please fill out your survey if you haven't already done so. Most of you already have, and if so, you're good to go. But there are several of you who have not. Please get that in right away! If you're using Apple ID, our reminders have been blocked; please update your email address to something that is not Apple ID to complete your survey and receive tracking information. If you're missing your survey (we have sent twelve reminders so far), you can click here to retrieve it. If you're still having trouble, drop us a line at [email protected] and we'll try to resolve it for you.

A personal note from Russell:
Hi everyone!
We just wanted to give a little update and let you know that the books HAVE BEEN PRINTED and are on their way to Clover! Clover will have a better idea of when everything can be shipped out once the books arrive at the docks. I was hoping we could have the books and other merch to you before the holidays, but that doesn't seem feasible.
I'm anxious for the books to be out there, but glad they weren't rushed during the printing process. We got this video from the printer that I wanted to share.
As you might imagine, I've been pretty nervous for everything to come together well -- seeing all the process shots from the printer made me relieved and very happy. The books look AWESOME!!!
I'm super excited for these to be out in the world -- soon! -- really hope you enjoy them.
