Hello everybody!

Just a quick update to let you know that design continues on the main book, but also on the ancillary add ons we included on this campaign.

Working with Russell is a great pleasure. He wants to make sure this book is perfect and it is evident through the attention to detail he is giving each page. Together, we will be giving you the ultimate representation of Russell's best work at Marvel! Here are a couple of spreads from the "Thor" section of the book.

And that isn't the only thing we are working on! All of the amazing rewards are also underway. There are a few cards in the trading card set that were not originally part of the trading card variant covers. Elite Marvel fans can probably guess who this card is:

Work is underway!

When we launched our line of Marvel art books as an ongoing series we knew that we would have several books at various stages of production at the same time. We thought it would be a good idea to update you, not just on The Marvel Art of Russell Dauterman, but the other books in this line as well.

We are getting very close to the point where our first two volumes will be published and rewards will be fulfilled. The Marvel Art of David Mack and The Marvel Art of Alex Maleev are currently on press. It is only a matter of weeks now until the finished products reach our warehouse and we can begin sending them out. Here's an update from the printer on the printing process:

Once these two books are through the printing process, The Marvel Art of David Nakayama is ready to go and next up! There will be no rest for the presses!

And that leaves us with The Marvel Art of Russell Dauterman. We've mentioned it before, but we learned quite a bit on our first two campaigns in this line. We started working with Russell long before the campaign launched, and the design of the book is well underway. We think you'll find this campaign will move much quicker that our first two.

But wait! There's more! We launched our newest Kickstarter for the next book in the series: The Marvel Art of Michael Turner! Following the same format as our previous volumes, this will be an all encompassing collection of almost EVERYTHING that Michael Turner created for Marvel. Plus we have some amazing exclusive extras, like trading cards, art prints and even a puzzle! You can check it out HERE.

We will keep you up to date on the process of all of these books as we hit various milestones. We try not to send non-updates, but we also know you're anxious to receive your books and rewards. 

This is shaping up to be an excellent series. We are so excited to see them on your shelves! We appreciate your support and patience as we make these stunning new art books.

THANK YOU TO ALL 2190 OF YOU RUSSELL DAUTERMAN FANS!

We haven't been a part of a more thrilling Kickstarter! From start to finish, the buzz around this project kept us fully energized! You are all AMAZING!

On behalf of Russell Dauterman and everyone here at Clover Press, again, THANK YOU!

Work on this book has already begun. As a special treat and reward to backers, we are adding a fold out spread featuring one of Russell's iconic cover pieces! Think of it as a secret stretch goal -- this was definitely earned!

We will be sending out the survey via Backerkit when we are closer to completion of the project. This is where you'll enter your shipping address. For international orders, this is where you'll enter the package forwarder address. You'll also have the opportunity to add more items to your pledge, in case you forgot to pledge it this time, or realize you absolutely need that trading card set, amazing puzzle, or want to squeeze in that extra print you were debating about getting (because, really, you know you want it).

With this Kickstarter wrapped, we are now setting up the next book in this series which we will be launching soon. The next superstar Marvel artist is a name that you will all recognize! Anyone want to take a guess?

We have received a make-ready copy of The Marvel Art of David Mack! A make-ready is a copy of the book that the printer makes before the full run goes into production, just to make sure everything is exactly how we want it! It sure looks great to us! We thought you'd like to see it too!

THANK YOU! We blinked and all of a sudden we had met our goal! We thought there would be a good response to this project, but fully funding at launch has exceeded our expectations and we are so thrilled and so thankful.

We have had many questions about international shipping. Understandably as we are taking a slightly unconventional approach to this. We have put together a graphic that helps better explain the process. We are sharing it here, but have also added it to the main story and updated the FAQ. If you see someone asking about shipping, please help us point them to this graphic. We absolutely want to ship these rewards worldwide, and can do so using a package forwarder.
